Good Morning Britain, TripAdvisor Award & 10 Years in Mawgan Porth
A huge thank you for all the support, kindness and encouragement over the last 10 years in Mawgan Porth.
In the last few weeks, Art At The Beach by Jeanni has been on Good Morning Britain with Andi Peters, received the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2026, and welcomed so many wonderful people for art lessons, commissions and creative moments by the sea, online and via Zoom.
This award means my art lessons and experiences are recognised in the top 10% worldwide… for the eighth year running.
I’ve had an art gallery presence in Mawgan Porth for 10 years… first in my own gallery, and now, with huge thanks to Bettys Surf Shop, inside their wonderful surf store, where my artwork and many of my students’ paintings can be seen.
Every student is different. Every painting is different. The same core fundamentals sit underneath it all… sketch, perspective, paint, observation, colour, tone, structure and visual awareness.
Once people understand those foundations, they begin to create their own work with confidence. That is the heart of my teaching… knowledge, not copying the teacher.
Art At The Beach has grown through beach lessons, private lessons, group experiences, commissions, online learning and Zoom teaching. Some people come for one joyful session by the sea. Others continue online from home. Some commission paintings full of memory and meaning. Others discover, often to their own surprise, that they can create far more than they ever believed possible.
A heartfelt thank you to every person who has booked a lesson, commissioned a painting, left a review, bought artwork, recommended me, stopped to chat on the beach, or supported this wonderful journey.
