Many worldwide companies including The Discovery Network Europe (Discovery Channel) have realised the importance of making the workplace a fun, relaxed and friendly environment.
They achieve this in a number of ways including, open bright meeting areas, creative interludes such as my 'art at lunch time sessions', an house 'choir' and 'food tasting' to name but a few.

This Team Building Event challenges your team's way of thinking and demonstrates how negative thoughts, habits and assumptions about both yourself and others can impact on workplace productivity.
By developing understanding, awareness and counter intuitive thinking through a mixture of psychology and art, your team will create a beautiful mural. This mural is produced by focusing on the strengths and skills of each individual team member (unencumbered and unrestricted) and may act as a constant reminder of the experiences and knowledge gained from this event.
My Visual Awareness Events can be a few hours or a whole day
They fall into four clear areas:
1. An eye-opening presentation using numerous teaching techniques and images to prove that what we perceive, think and see are often an illusion created by our fears, habits, expectations and assumptions.
2. Painting to create a mural as a constant reminder of the importance of teamwork whilst utilising each individual's skills and strengths.
3. The making and understanding of structures
4. Lateral thinking exercises. All of which are taught through a FUN, hands-on, activity based approach.
