There was laughter, fun and a few funny hats along the way, but there was also lots of real knowledge being shared.

Those are the moments I love most… when someone suddenly understands why something works, rather than simply copying what they see.

That is when confidence grows. That is when art starts to make sense.

By the end of the lesson, they had created paintings they could both be proud of, but more importantly, they went away with understanding they can use again and again.

A joyful family art lesson, full of smiles, learning and those wonderful little moments when everything suddenly clicks.
