Lone Gull depicts the calm and serenity of a gull perched or drifting at dusk, as sunset gently folds into the Cornish sea. The soft light, reflective water and quiet horizon carry a mood of solitude and peace - nature paused in a moment.

Annette Friend, a student turned artist under Jeanni’s mentorship, brings tenderness and clarity to this piece. Her sensitivity to scene and mood gives the bird presence without drama - it’s about light, air and quiet being.
