“Saturday Afternoon on Carne Beach” captures that effortless stretch of daylight when the tide is low and the air softens with leisure. Through gentle coastal light, open space and subtle movement, I’ve explored the peaceful rhythm of an afternoon beside the sea.
Inspired by the beauty and calm of Carne Beach in Cornwall, the artwork invites the viewer to slow down, observe and simply enjoy the moment. The layered tones, soft horizon and sense of atmosphere reflect my belief that art can shift perspective and reconnect us with stillness, awareness and the bigger picture.
