Tabby Cat

Tabby Cat

By Gill S

£50.00

Original Painting by Gill S
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
Size: 8" x 10" x 0.75"
Location / Theme: Animal portrait / Domestic cat

Tabby Cat is a warm, intimate portrait capturing the quiet strength and watchful gaze of a classic striped feline. Gill S paints with a deep sensitivity to character - the tilt of the ears, the texture of fur, the still poise - all rendered in soft, natural tones.

This piece reflects the familiar calm of a cat at rest, yet fully aware of its surroundings. With painted sides, the work feels complete and ready to display from any angle.

Different Artists, Individual Styles

My gallery brings together my own paintings and work by students I have taught, each developing their own artistic voice.

From careful detail to expressive colour, the variety reflects what happens when knowledge gives you the freedom to create in your own way.

You’ll find the artist named in each product’s details. Take a peek at their stories and discover the people behind the paintings.

Knowledge, Not Copying

I teach the grammar, spelling and punctuation of art… the understanding behind what we see, so you can choose how to express it.

My students don’t learn to paint like me. They learn to observe, understand and create in their own style. Let’s see what you’re capable of…
